Bearats
Bearats, at just 10, is probebly the youngest person providing input into the DV
and Hic collectives.
Todate all of her offerings have been vocal based, but she has been practicing with the sequencer, so expect top quality tuneage in the future.

Hicc01 - Distance - Distance
Notes by Andy – 2010:
This was recorded at the end of 2005 originally as a one off jam by Tony and Andy N in what was planned as a W@ reunion (The previous band both Andy and Tony were in) but turned to be something very different when neither Andy or Tony could get the Microphone working.
By magic seemingly, it started raining really, really hard and Tony started then playing Bass in a way I had never seen him play along with the rain. I then set up my keyboard and it turned into a free form jam which went on for hours reminding me afterwards of the Tele:Funken remix of Flying Saucer Attack where the music becomes a mood.
Two further parts of this epic Jam forced the basis of Distance – Distance II which was released on Halo Excentrico.

Distance
Distance was formed in 2005 by Andy N and Tony.
Distance is for fans of Flying Saucer Attack, Bardo Pond or people who like Post Rock, where the form outstrips the music.

Music for Kids and Adults alike - The Party Training album
Q. What happens when you have Kids?
A. You end up listening to Lots of Children's songs. This can get mind numbing.
Q. What happens when you Electronic Music producers have Kids?
A. They to write a few songs for their kids.
Q. What happens when those Electronic Music producers are Keith Hic and UKDragon?
A. They get their Music producer friends from around the world to write songs that are aimed at kids but are also adult friendly.
The CD was the result of his idea; an album for the children, and the parents alike.

A german blog (thanks Blood) found the album before we'd finished the artwork and by the time we's formally released it, it had several thousand downloads. It was a bit disconcerting, but really pleasing that people loved it so.
NOTES for burning this Compilation to CD:
As the full track listing is longer than a CD we recommend removing Track 11 ("Starting Again" - Cyan & Tara) and Track 14 ("Cyan Playing" - Cyan & Tara) and removing gaps between the tracks. This reduces the playing time to fit a CD

Welcome to Hicc Org Online (@ Blog)
We are a group of like minded artists who enjoy pushing the extremes of music and art.
HICC members are here to create and exchange ideas to create experimental music, be it bright and sparky or dark and foreboding - we welcome it all.
All ideas are taken on board and expanded upon.
Not a group, not a focus. Just some people sharing ideas.
Originally formed in 1998 as an umbrella name for Keith and Andy's works, HIC has continued to function as an entity enabling all members to help and promote each other and maximise coverage.
