Digital Vomit's DER NARRENTURM PATHOLOGISH-ANATOMISCHES BUNDESMUSIK compilation.

Fresh out this week and sounding great is Digital vomits latest release (2nd of three this month!)

VARIOUS - Der Narrenturm (DVR053 MP3) : Digital Vomit : Free Download & Streaming : Internet Archive

The original call for tracks and the idea behind the release :
A celebration of deviationism, mutation and the beauty of genetic error.
It's about this museum in Vienna. I've never been there but have a leaflet a friend of mine who visited the museum brought me once. I have seen the website (http://www.narrenturm.at/), though… I'd write some blurb about it to convince people about the artistry and grace of the idea, but I'm busy being lazy, so I'll spare you my glaring prose.
The (general) idea is to make beautiful mutant tracks. as in WTF was that! (but so repelling and outlandish it's beautiful).

DIH / Distorted In Hindsight

A full story of DIH would go on for pages and pages but the short version is it was formed by a meeting by Manchester Poet Andy n and Bournemouth Noise terrorist Keith Hicc in 1997.

Frequently described as a cross between The Aphex Twin and Jack Kerouac if they met down a lonely highway, by the time we got to 2001 and 2002 when ‘Forever’ was recorded, DIH had already recorded 4 EP’s and had expanded into a three piece (with the addition of UK Dragon on additional keyboards).
